Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant for their Chinese New Year promotion. Lunar New Year is all about extravagance and to mark the auspicious occasion, Chef Kong has served up several traditional dishes with a touch of artistry.

Toss for more prosperity with their Premium Yee Sang accompanied with a choice of salmon, whitebait or abalone.

The specialty boiled soups are top on the list of the must have starters and the Braised Deluxe Sea Treasures Soup with Song Rong Mushroom is a class above the competition and mere teasers for the good stuff to follow.
