Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently had the opportunity to try out Haagen-Dazs’s revolutionary ice cream mooncakes in conjunction with the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration.
It is said that if you look up at the moon, you can see the outline of the Jade Rabbit that lives there. Haagen-Dazs takes inspiration from the myth of the Jade Rabbit to design a whimsical range of ice cream mooncakes, which include Twinkle Crispy (crispy sandwich with ice cream), Twinkle Night Mix (chocolate-coated), Harmony Mochi (available in strawberry and mango) and Lune et Etoiles (coated with dark chocolate and decorated with Parisian-themed chocolate designs).
Comes with strawberry and mango flavours, the Harmony Mochi Collection reflects the simplicity of Japanese culture. Inside the glutinous coating, the mochi is filled with a refreshing and fruity ice-cream.
