Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Impiana KLCC Hotel for their Chinese New Year Buffet Dinner preview. The event was also graced by the appearance of God of Fortune walking around the dinner area creating an excitement to the ambiance.
Chef Bustami Osman, Senior Sous Chef of Impiana KLCC Hotel did a live food preparation to demonstrate how to prepare the special dish Fried Boneless Chicken with Black Pepper Soy Sauce, which will be one of the special menu for this year’s Chinese New Year Buffet.
On the 15 February 2018, indulge in Impiana KLCC Hotel’s Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet at its all-day dining restaurant, Tonka Bean Cafe & Deli. The buffet dinner will start from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, priced at only RM148 nett per person, featuring special delicacies such as Jelly Fish with SzeChuan Paste and Sesame Seed, Braised Seafood Soup with Crab Roe, Fried Tiger Prawn with Special Soy Sauce, Fried Chilli Crabs, Deep Fried Lotus Paste Pancake and other delicious delicacies.
