Available until 2 March 2018, The Forum KL offers 2 scrumptious Chinese New Year 3-course Set Menus that are perfect for casual gatherings with family, friends or business associates during this festive season.

As part of the Lunar New Year tradition, a prosperity toss or fondly called ‘Lo Hei’ is a must have delicacy that represents good health, abundance wealth and great success. Colourful presentation with various ingredients symbolise auspicious meanings, I found this Fresh Salmon Yee Sang at The Forum Kl light and refreshing accompanied with chef’s special housemade delicious sauce.

Served together with fresh vegetables, shredded seaweed and fragrant sesame, the accompanied kimchi added a wonderful depth of flavours to this savoury udon dish.
