Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Harold’s Bread’s grand opening of its 23rd store in MYDIN USJ Subang Jaya. It is Harold’s Bread’s 1st outlet in Klang Valley and now there are 12 Harold’s Bread outlets in MYDIN.
There are 23 Harold’s Bread outlets in Malaysia and another 10 more scheduled to open in 2018. With the opening of Kuantan outlet in May this year, Harold’s Bread is proud to have outlets in all states of the Peninsular with the exception of Perlis.
A unique European bakery with an Asian touch, the 1st Harold’s Bread store in Klang Valley will serve mouth-watering French Patisserie and Sandwiches, Japanese Soft Buns, Swiss Roll, as well as freshly brewed Italian Gourmet Coffee and our local favourite Malaysian White Coffee.
During the event, I get to taste Harold’s new signature melt-in-the-mouth Creme Brulee Cheese Tart, Portuguese Toast, Jungle Sausage, Dark Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Mousse Cake and Harold’s signature coffee.
I like Harold’s Bread because their breads, buns, pastries, cakes and croissants are baked fresh daily, Halal-certified and are made using the finest quality ingredients. Their commitment to freshness and quality made Harold’s Bread a household name today.
Opened its business since 2013, Harold’s Bread was well received for its amazing pastries which are ‘Crispy on the Outside and Soft on the Inside, Warm and Fresh, All the Time’, thanks to the secretly guarded recipe by the European Master Baker.
The journey of Harold’s Bread began when Harold, a European master baker met an Asian entrepreneur and imparted his knowledge of European baking to him. A firm believer of ‘sincere baking’, Harold travelled the world to spread his passion for making great bread. Harold believes that great bread must arouse and awaken your senses from the first whiff to the last bite which is reflected in every offering at Harold’s Bread bakeries.
Chef Wing and Chef Hwei Min from Harold’s Academy were also at the event to perform cake demonstration live to the guests. They both won 2nd place in the Mondial Des Arts Sucres 2018 (International Confectionery Art Competition) which was held in Paris, France. Harold’s Bread will be collaborating with Master Pastry Chefs from France and Japan through their affiliated company, Harold’s Academy to train the bakers here so that they can serve the customers even better.
Guests get to enjoy special promotion during the grand opening event. They can grab a second cup of Harold’s Bread’s signature freshly brewed Robusta coffee from Brazil for 30% off and have it together with their muffins at only RM1 each.
Try more varieties at affordable price with Harold’s Bread’s Mix and Match promotion (RM5 for 2 of their pastries) or Value Meals 2.0 made with freshly baked croissants.
What are you waiting for? Come and taste their foods now and discover why Harold’s Bread distinct from other patisseries. Harold’s Bread is very passionate to be the ‘BEST’ bakery the country has ever seen!
