Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Ruyi & Lyn for the Thermomix® Fine Dining Experience, where they launched the Thermomix® Easy Meals for the Family Cookbook, a happening event in collaboration between Thermomix® Malaysia, Theresa Lee, author of the cookbook, and Chef James Ho, Executive Chef of Ruyi & Lyn.

Her culinary journey began after she married into a traditional TeoChew family in F&B business. Theresa then transformed into a domestic diva, cooking and baking daily for her growing family. Chef James and Theresa jointly demonstrated the dishes served in the specially crafted 6-course menu during the Thermomix® Fine Dining Experience event. “We are glad to collaborate with Thermomix® to showcase how this wonderful kitchen gadget may be used in a large format restaurant like ours to serve hundreds,” said Yng Lyn Siew, found of Ruyi & Lyn.
We had the Sushi Trio (Nasi Lemak Sushi, Teriyaki Chicken Rice Ball, and Hainanese Chicken Rice Sushi), Tofu Flower Soup, Fried Chicken Coated with Prawn Paste and Roasted Almonds, Deep Fried Prawns dipped in Wasabi Sauce, Grouper Wallet served with Homemade Noodles, and Green Tea Lava Cake served with Lime Ice Popsicles.
