Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Chakri Palace for their “Tantalizing Taste of Thailand” buffet promotion in conjunction with the Ramadan season.

Featuring a spread of Thai cuisine and local favourite dishes, the “Tantalizing Taste of Thailand” buffet promotion will be held at Chakri Palace Sky View Dorsett Hotel Hartamas, Imperial Chakri Palace KLCC and Chakri Palace Pavilion KL from 13th May 2019 onwards.

Engage your senses and be amazed with their dedicated team of Thai chefs in preparation of more than 50 scrumptious modern and authentic Thai as well as local favorites dishes, including a selection of local Ulam-ulam and Kerabu, such as Thai Mango Salad, Thai Papaya Salad, Mieng Kam (famous Thai appetizer with 7 ingredients), Samosa, Crispy Thai Spring Rolls, Thai Crispy Fried Noodles and many more.

For main course, diners can indulge in their Thai cuisine selections such as Lamb in Thai Green Curry, Prawn with Butter Sauce and Salted Egg, Stir Fried Squid with Salted Egg, Tomyam Seafood, Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, as well as Fish with Sweet Spicy Sauce. To honour this special time of year, Chakri Palace is also introducing a variety of Malaysian favourites like Rendang Daging Tok, Masak Lemak Gulai Daging, Ayam Kapitan and Nasi Beriani.

The “Tantalizing Taste of Thailand” buffet spread also features live action stalls for Chicken and Beef Satay, Ikan Bakar and Tom Yam Noodles that will definitely leave you craving for more.

Finally, indulge yourself with famous Thai desserts such as Red Ruby Waterchestnut, Thai Mango Sticky Rice, and also our local favorites such as kuih-muih Melayu, Bubur Jagung / Pisang, and many other tantalizing delicacies to satisfy the sweet tooth.

The Imperial Chakri Palace KLCC and Chakri Palace Pavilion “Tantalizing Taste of Thailand” buffet dinner will be available daily from 9th May 2019. The buffet items are rotated from 3 different menus specially prepared for the month of Ramadhan and is open from 7 pm onwards.
