Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Ti Chen, The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur‘s exquisite Chinese restaurant, for their extravagant spread of specialty gourmet dishes to usher the Lunar New Year celebration.
Available in 3 themed creations – Silver and Gold Set, Rich and Affluent Set, as well as Fortune and Longevity Set, these set menus will be made available exclusively from 8th January till 8th February 2020 from 12 pm – 3 pm (lunch) and 6 pm – 10 pm (dinner).
These set menu packages for 5 to 10 people cover a full range of time-honoured favourites, signifying representations of the astrological tradition.
Silver and Gold Set Menu
* Jellyfish and Whitebait Yee Sang with Crispy Shredded Treasure and Blackcurrant-Plum Dressing
* Braised Crab Meat Soup with Dried Scallop, Pumpkin, Enoki Mushroom and Snow Swallow

“We are excited about our special menu created for our guests this year, targeting corporate clients, families and friends to toss and celebrate the mark of another wonderful season. 2020 is set to be a year filled with luck, growth and prosperity,” said Chef Lim Chee Woi, Chinese Executive Chef.
As an extension to the Chinese New Year celebration, the Saujana Hotel will proudly host a lion dance performance at the lobby area on 30th January 10:30 am. The performance will feature exciting acrobatic stunts followed by an animated lion dance with thundering drums and cymbals to evict evil spirits and summon good luck for the New Year.
