Located on Level 1 at IPC Shopping Center, The Queen @ Shanghai Night is a Halal restaurant that serves Chinese cuisine and varieties of delicious dim sum.

From steamed to baked dim sum, diners are spoilt with a wide range of choice available at The Queen @ Shanghai Night, and sharing is definitely the perfect way to enjoy every bit of it.

My personal recommendation would be their Steamed Honey Glaze Chicken Bun, Siew Mai, Prawn Har Kau, Fried Yam Dumpling, and Cheese Prawn.

They say the way to someone’s heart is through their stomach, so why don’t kick start your meal with their Herbal Roast Duck Soup. Served warm in a bowl with a tender duck drumstick, the soup does not come with a strong herbal taste and it is an excellent source of healthy calories and nutrients for our body.

If you like chicken wings, then you must try out their Deep Fried Chicken Wings in Red Bean Curd Sauce, also known as nam yu or fermented tofu.

If you are not a fan of nam yu taste that is salty, subtly sweet, and slightly cheesy, the new menu also offers House Special Soy Sauce Chicken Wings and Baked Honey Chicken Wings for diners to choose from.

This Steamed Prawns wrapped with Vermicelli dish really caught my attention once it was served to our table with its attractive presentation. The soul of this dish has 2 elements, the fresh succulent prawns, and the appetizing Thai chilli and garlic sauce that comes in spicy note with a hint of sweet sourish taste.

What a unique combination of flavours featuring Steamed Eggplant in Peanut Sauce. This is not my favourite dish, but if you prefer your eggplant to be moist and creamy soft in texture, do try out this one under their new menu.
