Sungei Wang Plaza is welcoming the arrival of the Lunar New Year with its “Rising Dragon: Celebrating Spring Prosperity” festive campaign. Happening now until 25 February 2024, it promises an immersive experience filled with festivities, shopping, and cultural delights.
Adorned with vibrant blossom flowers and elegant bamboo accents, Sungei Wang Plaza proudly presents its centrepiece of this enchanting spectacle – the impressive 27-foot-high 3D Rising Dragon statue at the Centre Court, symbolizing prosperity in this zodiac year. Explore the hanging red Chinese lanterns at every corner of the mall, symbolizing good fortune, and cross the decorative bridge that welcomes you to join in celebrating the Year of the Dragon.

The grand launch of “Rising Dragon: Celebrating Spring Prosperity” was officiated by Yang Berhormat Tuan Fong Kai Lun, Member of Parliament Bukit Bintang and Ms. Michelle Siew, Chairman of Sungei Wang Plaza Management Corporation. Followed by spectacular performances of awards-winning Chinese Drumming and Acrobatic Lion Dance.
Special guests Amy Chan, Ricky Lim, Meeki, and Henn were at the event as well to create awareness and promote the forthcoming “Let’s Celebrate CNY Concert 2024” that is scheduled on February 19.

With a minimum spend of RM188 in a maximum of 2 accumulated receipts, shoppers can redeem a set of Year of Dragon Red Packets. For those who spend a minimum of RM388 in a maximum of 2 accumulated receipts can redeem a Spring Prosperity flower shaped dessert Bowl set. These items can be redeemed at the Customer Service Counter on the Ground Floor and are subject to terms and conditions.
