We had our breakfast at the Fresh (click here for more photos), a gateway to the global culinary extravaganza with their international buffet spread. Their bountiful buffet filled us with morning joy as they featured a spread of local and international dishes at Fresh for the whole family to enjoy.
I was truly amazed by the wide choices, allowing me to try different foods unlimited every day throughout my 3-day stay at Solaire. Here, each day is a celebration of culinary artistry as their expert chefs skillfully present a decadent feast for the senses.

I had a media preview dinner at Finestra recently and the experience was delightful. My personal favourite would be their Artisanal Fusilli with Sicilian red prawn and toasted pistachio. It’s a dish with a simple presentation but comes with a symphony of flavours – the Sicilian red prawn brings a delicate sweetness and a hint of brininess, while the toasted pistachios add a satisfying crunch and a touch of nutty richness.
It is a culinary journey like no other at Finestra Italian Steakhouse where you can immerse yourself in a luxurious ambiance for good foods and drinks that embody the spirit of ‘la bella vita’!!

I had a media preview lunch at Red Lantern recently and the experience was wonderful. Their Braised Beef Short Ribs in Sichuan Spicy Sauce and Wok Fried Noodles with Black Pepper Sauce wowed me with balanced flavours that suited my taste buds.
