The Christmas magic starts at Indulge Coffee House in the M World Hotel Petaling Jaya!! Expect a grand, dazzling celebration that shines brighter than ever.

The evening began with a tempting array of appetizers – a charcuterie platter, chicken liver pâté, classic seafood chowder, and a selection of salads to prepare us for the main event. Make a beeline for the carvery’s star attractions – Roasted Jumbo Chicken, Golden Roasted Turkey, Classic Beef Wellington, and Seafood Strudel, each paired harmoniously with mushroom chestnut stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, cranberry, and giblet sauce, among others.

Yet it is merely a glimpse of the international flavours that await. Think Spanish Seafood Paella, Baby Back Ribs, Barbecue Veal Sausage, Marinated Spicy Mango Salsa Spring Chicken, Teriyaki Glazed Norwegian Salmon, Herb Brushed Rack of Lamb, Chicken Tikka Masala, ‘Daging Dendeng’ and even Fried Nyonya Assam Prawns.

The fun and flair of the feast is the theatre of live cooking. Chefs whipping up each dish à la minute – the smoky allure of Mongolian stir-fry, creamy Spinach Pesto Ravioli, Lamb Shawarma, and ‘Lok-Lok’ quick bites.

Guests can also take their pick from premium cuts of meat and fresh seafood, grilled to perfection just the way they like it – succulent wagyu, lamb shoulder, striploin, salmon, tiger prawns, squid, slipper lobsters, and red snapper.

In a stunning finale, fine pastries and confectioneries are paraded, glazed and adorned with delicate artistry. The sweet aroma of Pecan and Pumpkin Pie, Christmas Yule Log, Orange Chocolate Sable, Éclairs, assorted Macarons, and Linzer Torte alongside interactive indulgences like the chocolate fountain and deep-fried ice cream, beckoning the young ones to take a peek.
