Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Flavors Restaurant at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur for their ‘Citarasa Kampung’ Ramadan Buffet starting from 27 May to 24 June 2017.
Priced at RM118 nett per person, diners can opt for more than 100 varieties of delicious culinary delights and desserts.
The ‘Citarasa Kampung’ Ramadan Buffet will features Chef Yusoff Salleh, the Hotel’s Malay Sous Chef with his specialties of authentic Malay cuisine, including some of the highlights like Nasi Kerabu, Gulai Tulang Rusuk Lembu, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak, Asam Pedas Melaka, Sambal Udang Petai, Kerabu Tembikai, Bubur Lambuk Burung Unta, Rendang Tok, and Puyuh Goreng Berempah.

Chef Yusof brings more than 20 years of experience and his inspirational to work as a chef derived from his passion in cooking and to learn new cuisine from others.
Working as the Malay Sous Chef at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences KL, Chef Yusof is able to prepare his tantalizing Malay signature dishes such as Rendang Tok, Ikan Jenahak Asam Pedas, Ayam Percik, Kambing Golek and many other Malay specialties, which mostly are hand-down recipes by his late grandmother, who taught him on using a lot of herbs and spices in Malay cooking.
