With an extensive range of delicious salads and fresh seafood, traditional Christmas meats and decadent desserts, expect to dig into a range of choices including the Traditional Christmas Roast Turkey with Walnut Stuffing accompanied with Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce and all the trimmings, Boston Oyster Bisque with Bread Rolls and Christmas Bread, Christmas Pizza, Roast Duck with Apple Sauce, Pan Seared Lamb with Garlic Soubise, Charbroiled Chicken with Red Pepper Coulis, Mussel Florentine, and Louisiana Pumpkin Pie, just to name a few. The meal would not be complete without indulging in some dessert favorites such as Christmas Pudding with Vanilla Sauce, the Classic Yule Log Cake, Fruit Mince Pies, and another classic, the Christmas Stollen.
