Before the event started, we had a quick tour to explore around the Porcélene restaurant. The Bowler Room on the first floor was created to balance out the feminine celebration driven decor in our ground and mezzanine dining floors. It is equipped with state of the art audio equipment in order to have a ready platform in support of local talent to hone their performance skills to a global standard.

The emcee of the night was giving her welcome speech first to the guests, following by the VIP for a brief introduction of Porcélene.

Shortly after that, dinner was served in buffet style at the al-fresco area, introducing some of the Porcélene’s delicious Asian-European fusion signatures. We had the Premium Beef Strip Asparagus, a mix greens starter with beef bacons, asparagus, hard-boiled egg, tomato, and onion with house cocktail dressing drizzled on top; Hahm Yoke Than Sotong, the deep fried squid sauté with flavorsome salted egg and curry leaves; Pizza Number Ten, a hoisin sauce based pizza with toppings like shredded duck breast plus crispy skin, cucumber, and spring onion; Pantai Timur; a local-inspired pizza with mixed seafood in extra spicy sambal belacan; Paella de el Submarino Amarillo, a Spanish rice dish with fresh seafood including the mussel, shrimp, squid, white clams, and pan-seared fish fillet; Signature Aglio Olio di Nero, an appetizing squid ink spaghetti with mushrooms, sun-dried tomato, and garlic.
For meat lovers, Porcélene had prepared three dishes in the sumptuous spread of buffet for the guests’ enjoyment, which included Cajun Cutlets, char-grilled tender lamb cutlets with Porcélene’s homemade aromatic Cajun spices; NYC Short Ribs, the succulent and tender soft beef ribs that glazed with Porcélene’s homemade BBQ sauce; Roman Salmon Roast, nicely roasted salmon in medium-thick champagne cream sauce.
