Focusing on the use of traditional ingredients while emphasizing on light and fresh flavors for healthy feasting with family and friends, Chef Kin has created three (3) festive set menus namely Happiness Set, Fortune Set and Longevity Set priced from RM1188++, RM1488++ and RM1988++ respectively for a group of ten (10) persons. Chef Kin has also created an 7-course set menu priced at RM728++, appropriate for 6 persons and a 6-course set menu for 2 persons.

The Dynasty’s Prosperity Treasure Pot comes with whole sun-dried scallop, fish maw, dried oysters, scallops, mushrooms, Fu Kwei abalone, farm chicken, roasted duck, money bag, sea cucumber, roasted pork, vegetables, tiger prawns, fish stomach, and coral clams.

No lunar New Year meal is complete without ‘Yee Sang’. Featuring a colorful mixture of raw fish or other exotic seafood served with crunchy vegetables, crackers and condiments, these raw ingredients signify the renewal of life – definitely a must have for good fortune and great wealth. Dynasty Restaurant offers five (5) types of Yee Sang – Salmon, Fruity Fiesta, Amaebi & Salmon, Lobster & Salmon and Abalone & Salmon. Available in “half serving” and “full serving”, take-away Yee Sang can also be arranged for home reunion dinners and special get-togethers.

Diners should also check out the wide selection of fine steamed and fried Dim Sum which is available daily for lunch. Or, ask the serving staff for the a la carte menu offering a variety of Cantonese specialties and the Chef’s signature dishes.
Dynasty Restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Dim Sum breakfast is served from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sundays and Public Holidays (dinner hours are as usual). Dynasty Restaurant is located on the 1st Floor, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel – East Wing.
