In conjunction with the Visit Malaysia Year 2014, TEMPTationS will be presenting a unique melting pot of Malay, Chinese, Indian and the various ethnic cooking styles as “Rasa Malaysia” takes on the spotlight from 3 to 31 March.

Emphasizing on local favourites steeped in spices such as turmeric, chilies, cumin, coriander and cardamom, and infused with aromatics such as galangal, lemongrass, ginger and curry leaves; our chefs will create an intriguing and exotic blend of the diverse Malaysian flavors daily for dinner for local and international diners to discover.

Diners can discover the indigenous taste of true Malaysian dishes at the various stations service all time classics such as Beef Rendang, Asam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri, Sotong bakar bersambal, Gulai ikan kering tumis darat, Sweet & sour fish fillet with pineapple, red & green peppers, Beef and chicken satay with peanut sauce, cucumber, onions and ketupat, Fish head curry and lots more.
