Taking up the premises at Dataran C180, Madam Wong’s Steamboat Restaurant has a very noticeable big signage in vibrant yellow color. You definitely won’t miss the shop since that stretch of road is quite happening with couple more different steamboat restaurants in business.

To me, besides the fresh ingredients, the flavorful broth is one of the key factors that make a steamboat restaurant successful. Here at Madam Wong’s, they offer 5 types of signature broths for customers to choose from, namely the Beef Bone Soup, Pork Bone Soup with Pickled Vege and Tofu, Classic Pork Bone Soup, Tom Yam Soup and Herbal Wine Soup.

I love these thin sliced meats very much. Remember to cook it in the shabu-shabu way so that you won’t have the over-done rough meat texture which I think will be kinda wasted.
