Run by a husband and wife team from Korea, It Cake is a humble pastry shop that I would definitely go back for more of their heavenly desserts.

Located at the busy neighborhood of Damansara Perdana, It Cake provides customers a cozy ambiance to relax and unwind in a simple and contemporary wooden fixtures setting.

The beautiful pastry chef cum owner, Jung Eun Park, who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, insists to use premium quality ingredients to bake her world class pastries, example the Elle & Vire milk cream from French, Steffi’s Jam from Germany, Philadelphia cream cheese from USA and Valrhona Chocolate from French. Each hearty pastry is crafted with precision and passion to bring out the best in every ingredient used.

Pastries are made freshly every day at It Cake. Chef will store it directly in freezer after bake to keep the cake moisture and fresh, and then only take out few cakes to place in chiller for serving the customers.

Milkyway (RM9 per slice ; RM30 for whole)
As good as its name, for those who has sweet tooth on milk based desserts, this is a must-try signature at It Cake. Made with Elle & Vire French milk cream and pure honey to enhance the cake’s fragrant, customers can choose to enjoy it in harder version (alike ice cream texture), or softer creamy version after chilled in room temperature for about one hour.
We paired this Milkyway with a cup of light Ethiopian coffee (RM9) that prepared in hand press way.

A+ Nanas (RM15 per slice ; RM100 for whole)
I personally will rate this cake A++! A great mixture of different textures from the layers of Philadelphia cream cheese, sponge cake with pineapple cubes and crunchy biscuit base, such a pleasing experience without overly sweet.
We paired this A+ Nanas with a cup of fragrant sugar plum flower tea (complimentary and refillable) from Korea.

Choco Full Option (RM18 per slice ; RM120 for whole)
An absolute sponge cake for those serious chocolate lovers! The attention to detail in its craftsmanship is evident in every bite. Made with Valrhona French 66% dark chocolate and Steffi’s German Raspberry Jam, the nice balance between sweet bitterness and sourish taste turns this Choco Full Option a truly luxurious indulgence.

By the way, I found that the plates and tea sets here were very ‘photogenic’ for those who like to do cafe instagram.
