Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to KIP Hotel Kuala Lumpur to sample their Chinese New Year feast specially prepared by Executive Chef Simon Lee and his team of talented chefs.

Guests can expect Chef Simon’s signature Chinese New Year staples such as Salmon and Sliced Abalone Yee Sang, Chicken in Mandarin Orange Sauce as well as Hong Kong Style Steamed Silver Cod, among others.

I loved the cod fish! Don’t mind whole plate to myself with bowl of white rice to enjoy the superior sauce.
