Sunday, 14 February is Valentine’s Day. Executive Chef Helmut Lamberger has crafted a 5-course signature menu laced with ingredients of love, guaranteed to add a little sizzle and romance to your evening.
Available for dinner only, the Valentine’s Day set menu is priced at only RM198 nett per person inclusive one glass of sparkling wine and a rose for the lady.
Designed to excite the palate, start off your evening with a Pan seared foie gras de canard with shaved asparagus, mushroom jus and beetroot macaroon followed by a soup of Cream of topin ambour with fresh boccuncini cheese. Up next is Lime and pandan sherbet to refresh the palate.

To make your celebration of this amorous day even more meaningful, Chef Helmut has also whipped up 2 choices of main course. Diners can choose to dine on the Greg Norman Beef tenderloin with truffle mashed potato, greens and estragon demi or the Pumpkin crusted North Atlantic cod with fennel puree and carotene oil. Both are equally scrumptious.
As for the dessert, just sit back and be spoilt by the Warm chocolate molten cake with fresh strawberry-basil salad and homemade Vanilla Ice-cream accompanied with coffee or tea and little sweets.
