My personal favorites would be the Cold Spaghetti and Braised Prawn. Chef successfully surprised us with just using simple food ingredients infused with Liselle Tea to create something unique which really impressed me. The whole dining experience was really fun, as we were eating while guessing the taste was from which tea.
