Located at first floor of Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam, Tung Yuen Chinese Restaurant offers diners an array of delicious 100% HALAL Chinese cuisine. Tung Yuen is the first Southeast Asian 5-star hotel which accredited with HALAL friendly title, after acquired an official endorsement of HALAL certificate from JAKIM on 1st November 2009.
Offering two types of set menu under this promotion, Garoupa Delight accompanied with 6-course Chinese menu and Snapper Delight accompanied with 6-course Chinese Menu, which enable the guests to have more varieties in food selection with affordable pricing.
Priced at RM57 nett per person, the 6-course Garoupa Delight promotion is available in set for minimum 5 persons, which includes 4 types of Steamed Dim Sum, Kong Pau Chicken in Hot Plate, Stewed Egg Beancurd with Seafood, Stir Fried Hong Kong Kai Lan with Prawn, Meat and Garlic, Fried Rice or Steamed Rice and lastly, Chilled Longan and Sea Coconut.
Snapper Delight promotion is also available in set for minimun 5 persons with pricing RM57 nett per person. The 6-course Chinese menu features 4 types of Steamed Dim Sum, Deep Fried Boneless Chicken with Creamy Salted Egg Sauce, Steamed Egg Beancurd stuff with Squid Paste and Egg White Sauce, Stir Fried Prawn Meat with Asparagus and Prawn Paste (Belacan), Fried Rice with Yam Cube and Chicken Meat or Steamed White Rice and lastly, Mixed Fruits Platter.
