Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Tung Yuen Chinese Restaurant for their Ho Ho Chiak special promotion, which is value-for-money considering the varieties of foods you get to savour.
Ho Chiak is a Hokkien dialect, and it literally means the food is nice and tasty. Ho Ho Chiak promotion is available at Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam for minimum 2 persons (RM57++ per pax) and it comes with 10 varieties of dim sum, 4 types of claypot dishes and dessert. Diners can enjoy more varieties in food selection with reasonable price dining in a contemporary 5-star hotel ambience.
The steamed and fried dim sum including Chicken Dumpling, Fresh Prawn Crystal Dumpling, Golden Ocean Leaf Dumpling, Phoenix Eye Dumpling, Steam Seafood Dumpling with Crab Roll, Steam BBQ Chicken Bun, Deep Fried Yam Ball, Deep Fried Vietnamese Spring Roll, Pan Fried Shanghai Gua Tie and lastly, Steam Glutinous Rice with Chicken and Mushroom (Loh Mai Kai).
Besides tantalizing dim sum, you also get to savour 4 types of claypot dishes – Stir Fried Szechuan Style Fish Fillet, Braised Sliced Top Shell Abalone with Seasonal Vegetable, Baked Cheese Prawn with Mantao and Fried Rice with Crab Meat. Refreshing Chilled Longan with Sea Coconut will be served to end your meal completely.
