Fluffy Pancakes & Hearty Meals @ Pancake House Malaysia
Pancake House Malaysia
*****
Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Pancake House to sample some of their signature dishes, including the fluffy pancake and Smoked Golden Tinapa (Milkfish), a well-known dish in the Philippines.

I like their cozy interior layout that showcases a warm relaxing environment with comfort snug sofa as well as cushioned seats where customers can feel right at home.

First time trying Mushroom Cappuccino Soup (RM6.55), a delicious mushroom soup topped with frothy cream, just like a good cappuccino, with nice mild coffee after-taste.

Made from scratch, their pancake recipes are carefully prepared with the finest imported ingredients. Diners are spoilt with a variety of uniquely-flavoured pancakes such as Cheese, Mango, Banana, Corn…, which you can pair it with the delicious range of high-quality syrups and sides.

Light and fluffy, milky chocolate syrup was swirled around the golden Chocolate Marble Pancake (RM15.45 for 2 pcs ; RM17.70 for 3 pcs) for just the right touch of sweetness, love it! You can also try out my favourite Caramel Banana Walnut Pancake (RM16.60 for 2 pcs ; RM18.80 for 3 pcs) with chunks of walnuts and banana slices drizzled with caramel syrup.

Club Sandwich (RM19.90)
Served with fries, explore the variety of different tastes and textures of this delectable triple-decker that made of chicken, chicken strips, lettuce, egg slices, tomato and cheese. I like the neat presentation as well, not too messy to enjoy.

Best Taco in Town (RM15.45 for 2 pcs)
A colourful south of the border Mexican treat, loaded with chicken chunks, lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese in a crispy taco shell served with tuna macaroni salad. Something I like when I am in rush, a simple nutritious meal yet filling with satisfaction.

More value for money! You can also order the taco for just RM10 nett under their Scrumptious Weekday Lunch Deals from 10 am to 3 pm that comes with an iced peach tea. Kindly check with the friendly staffs for more details.

Pancake House also offers refreshing salad for the light eaters, such as Potato Salad, Caesar Salad, Tuna Macaroni Salad, and my favourite Fiesta Taco Salad (RM17.70), with roasted chicken bits, kidney beans, crunchy nachos, mixed greens and grated cheddar cheese all served on a giant taco in special housemade dressing.

Smoked Golden Tinapa (RM26.60)
Deboned Milkfish smoked to golden perfection and served together with garlic rice and mango salad, a special item on the menu of Pancake House because this dish is only found in the Philippines. You can also try out the Daing na Bangus, which is pan-fried version of the deboned Milkfish marinated in their house blend sauce.

We had the Affogato (RM12.15), a coffee-based dessert with scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream and single shot of hot espresso.
With the wide array of choices, Pancake House offers its many varieties and tastes for Malaysians to experience. Find your nearest Pancake House outlet at www.pancakehousemalaysia.com/location.

I haven’t been to the Pancake House in ages and I have to say that I miss having its dishes. The Chocolate Marble Pancake looks amazing – will definitely need to give that serve a go one of these days.
