Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Mezze for their New Year Eve Set Menu sampling.

For soup lovers, please your palates with this captivating Crab Chowder that topped with sweet corn foam to create a mouth-watering experience unlike any other.

A refreshing medley of Lobster Salad with persimmon fruit for the natural sweetness.

Perfect for those who are absolutely adore the exquisite duck meat, do try out chef’s Roast Duck Fillet, a creative creation with coffee and peach coulis served with polenta at side.

Masterfully crafted by skillful chef, this Tournedo Rossini is defintely top my favourite tonight. Served with special made Royale sauce and rich creamy foie gras, the tender and juicy meat will surely leave your senses craving for more!

Nailed it perfectly right with chef’s personal recipe, the grounded Macadania on top adds a nice bite texture to the Cod Fish which I truly enjoyed. Served together with spelt risotto, roasted tomato in vine and hazelnut puree.

Round up your New Year feast with a joyful dessert like this Profiterole which served together with vanilla ice cream, hot chocolate sauce and creamy Bailey’s custard.

The perfect complement to all these savory flavors is some sweet indulgence like this Douceur Cafe Caramel.
