Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Hwa Ga and checked out their A La Carte BBQ Buffet that offers both variety and quality with more than 30 food items to satisfy your cravings for Korean cuisine.
Providing a clean and comfortable environment for your dining pleasure, Hwa Ga has 7 branches in total conveniently located at Ara Damansara, Sunway Mentari, Sri Petaling, Mont Kiara, Kota Damansara, Kepong and Damansara Perdana (pork free), making it an ideal place for Korean BBQ with your family and friends.
You get to indulge all these fabulous foods within 120 minutes for as low as RM39+ (adult) and RM20+ (child) for lunch, and RM45+ (adult) and RM25+ (child) during dinner time. Kids from 4-10 years old and height below 120 cm will be charged accordingly.
Grill all you want! Satisfy your carnivorous cravings with choices of meats including Samgyeopsal (pork belly), Daepae Samgyeopsal (sliced pork belly), Gochujang Samgyeopsal (sliced pork belly in spicy Korean sauce), Hangjeongsal (pork cheeks), LA Galbi (grilled cross cut ribs), Usamgyeop (sliced beef belly), Jumulleok Gui (beef in soy sauce), and many more.
If rice is your staple, the menu offers Bibimbab (mixed rice with veggies), Dolsot Bibimbab (mixed rice with veggies in stone pot), Yachae Bokkeumbab (veggie fried rice), and Kimchi Bokkeumbab (kimchi fried rice) to fill up your hunger with flavourful rice dishes.
Korean cuisine is well-known for its noodle dishes as well, and you get to taste Shin Ramyeon (Korean noodle), Kimchi Ramyeon (Korean noodles with kimchi), and Japchae (glass noodles) at Hwa Ga.
Not to be missed for Korean fried chicken lovers, Hwa Ga serves Yangnyeom Chicken (fried chicken in sweet chilli sauce), Original Flavour Fried Chicken, Banban Chicken and Dakgangjung (boneless chicken with sweet sauce) that will have you licking your fingers and smacking your lips in satisfaction!
There is definitely something delicious for everyone at Hwa Ga’s a-la-carte buffet. Be sure to leave some room for other delicacies such as Kimchijeon (kimchi pancake), Pajeon (spring onion pancake), Kimchi Jjigae (kimchi stew), Deonjang Jjigae (soy bean paste stew), Sundubu Jjigae (spicy tofu stew), and Tteokbokki (spicy rice cake).
Varieties of beer, wine and soju imported from Korea are available at Hwa Ga too, geonbae!
The waiting time is bearable to me, within reasonable 15 to 20 minutes, since the dishes will only be prepared in kitchen upon order to ensure the quality and freshness.
