Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Pacific West’s ‘Best Cook Is At Home’ Cookshow, which was held at Evolve Mall @ Ara Damansara in collaboration with Tefal, the innovative leader in kitchen and home appliances and Yum Yum Publication.
Garry Edson, Pacific West Corporate Chef from UK, Celebrity Chef Agnes Chang (Editor of Yum Yum Publication), Malaysia Master Chef Champion Dr. Ezani and Malaysian fitness model Jordan Yeoh were at the cookshow to launch a series of scrumptious recipes that are easy to prepare, covering cuisines from local to international palates. This campaign is to educate, encourage, engage and inspire consumers the benefits of home cooking with simple and quality recipes.

Celebrity Chef Agnes Chang showcased her creation of oriental recipes that includes Kerabu Tempura Black Pepper Fish Fillets, Salt & Pepper Squids with Yum Yum Sauce and Tempura Fish Cocktails with Salted Egg Yolk.
