Annyeonghaseyo! I joined my friend who is a K-Pop fan to Klang Parade last week for the happening K-Street Carnival.
Took place at the Main Court area from June 29th to July 2nd, shoppers can get some awesome Korean Experiences at the K-Street Bazaar with lots of products and delicious delicacies like Korean Fish Cake, Gimbap and Toppoki.
Besides that, there were also many activities for shoppers to join in and have fun with, such as Korean Hanbok Wear, K-Pop Dance Competition, Korean Spicy Noodle & Bingsu Challenge, Cooking Demo, Arts & Crafts Workshop, and Korean Themed Colouring Contest.
I stocked up some famous Korean instant noodles, snacks and cooking sauces as the promotion deals were quite attractive.
Parents get to spend quality time with their kids at the Korean Arts & Crafts Workshop area.
Using coloured papers, scissors, glue, and step by step instructions from the patience tutor, I also joined in the kids and made myself a green-themed Hanbok Origami, is it cute my craft? 😉
Photo-booth for shoppers to put on Hanbok (Korean traditional costume) and be pretty for their portrait shot.
I really salute to these participants for taking part in the Korean Spicy Noodle Challenge. The winner finished his cup noodle in less than 3 minutes?! I was truly impressed how he managed to handle the spiciness and finished it so fast.
We were quite lucky to be able catch the K-Pop Dance Cover Competition on time. Featuring 10 teams, all participants gave their best performances to deliver sexy and energetic dance moves on stage to battle for the cash prizes. Congratulations to Crush team, the winner of K-Pop Dance Cover Competition, following by Unknownz as the 1st runner up and Black Ace the 2nd runner up.
If you missed this K-Street Carnival, no worry, there will be another one at CITTA Mall from 7th to 9th July 2017. You can also join the video contest to win RM100 mini hamper/goodies from Shin Sun Mi Korean Market.
