Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur for their exciting food promotion to celebrate this Chinese New Year festive season.
Priced at RM118 nett per adult and RM68 nett for children aged 7 to 12 years old, the Chinese New Year Buffet Dinner at Coffee House is available on 4th and 5th of February 2019.
Savour some of chef’s recommended Chinese New Year specialties such as Chicken Barbecued on Platter, Deep Fried Siew Mai, Prawn Dumplings, Hot and Sour Szechuan Crabmeat Soup, Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Ginseng, Shrimp Wantan and Mini Octopus Salad.
For main course, the must-try items are Seafood Barbecued with choices of Tiger Prawns, Squid Head, Herring Fish; Roasted Peking Duck Pizza, Seas Cucumber and Mushroom Stew on Brassica, Wok Fried Prawns with Spicy Special Sauce, Steamed Fish with Superior Soya Sauce, Chinese Black Pepper Beef, Dim Sum, Assorted Sushi Rolls and Grilled Lamb with Mint Pommery Mustard Sauce.
End your dinner with selections of sweet treats from the buffet such as Assorted Chinese Puff, Lotus Pancake, Red Dragon Fruit Layer Cake, Coconut Lemon Velvet Cake, Lime Chocolate White Truffle, Mango Tiramisu, Chinese Cookies, Green Tea read Bean Chocolate Cake and many more.
The Coffee House located at Level 9 of Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers a variety of Western and Asian delicacies, both tasteful and distinctive.
The Chinese New Year Buffet Dinner starts from 6:30 p.m. till 10:30 p.m. It has a perfect setting for a truly relaxing, ambiance and can accommodate up to 300 dining guests at one time.
A mini indoor playground is available throughout the dining operation serves interesting play area and activities for the children while the adults can enjoy the meal, which is located within the compound of Coffee House. No charges apply for this playground, absolutely complimentary for all guests.
Coffee House serves daily buffet breakfast, a la carte for lunch and dinner (daily) and also an array of 8 ‘Chef’s Most Recommended’ set menus from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.
