Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to China Treasures restaurant at Sime Darby Convention Centre (SDCC) to check out their Chinese New Year promotion for the Year of Rat.

The celebratory set menus start 1 November to 31 December 2019. To commemorate this festive season, diners get to enjoy the early bird discount by purchasing vouchers at the following prices (as compared to the original price for a table of 10 at RM1488 nett) :

Similar to the promotion at China Treasures, SDCC banquet team offers ‘Build Your Own’ Chinese New Year Set Menu packages for private events. These packages are made available at RM698 nett per table of 10 only for bookings with confirmation by November 2019, RM798 nett per table of 10 for bookings with confirmation by December 2019 and RM1488 nett per table of 10 for bookings with confirmation by January and February 2020.

For personal or corporate celebrations in a group, private rooms at the China Treasures restaurant and Grand Ballroom both are available with a minimum number of occupancy required.

Special Chinese New Year Eve International Buffet and early bird discount vouchers at China Treasures are also available at the following prices. These worth-the-money buffet vouchers are only valid on the 24 January 2020 starting from 6pm to 10pm. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

China Treasures is open daily for lunch from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm (weekdays) and from 10 am to 4:30 pm (weekends and public holidays), as well as for dinner from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. This halal-certified restaurant by Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) can accommodates up to 200 persons, with 6 private dining rooms that can accommodate between 8 to 70 persons.
