Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Chynna, Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s premier Chinese restaurant to taste their feast of auspicious cuisine for this Lunar New Year from 2 January until 8 February 2020.
Toss to good fortune with Chynna’s signature Yee Sang for 2020, the Smoky Chicken with Rice Krispies Yee Sang (RM128 nett half portion ; RM238 nett full portion), which is both sweet, savory and has great texture.
One must also try the Strawberry and Macadamia Nuts Yee Sang (RM138 nett half portion ; RM268 nett full portion), Crispy Fish Skin and Salted Egg Yolk Soft Shell Crab Yee Sang (RM138 nett half portion ; RM268 nett full portion), Norwegian Salmon Yee Sang with Passion Fruit Sauce (RM138 nett half portion ; RM268 nett full portion), and Traditional Norwegian Salmon Yee Sang (RM138 nett half portion ; RM268 nett full portion).
