Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Elements and try out some delicious dishes from their new exciting menu. Located at TREC Kuala Lumpur, Elements offers diners a unique experience that feeds all five senses and constantly innovating.
Consists of nacho chips, chili con carne, jalapeno salsa, and smoked cheese, this Macho Nacho (RM20) is a great appetizer, or sharing snack to go with your glass of chilled beer.
This Garlic-ky Pizza (RM17) with grated parmesan is so addictive to eat! Remember to have it together with the garlic lime aioli, it gives more flavours to your pizza.
Who can resist a plate of warm crispy Truffle Fries (RM20)?! Straight cut fries flavoured with truffle powder and Parmesan cheese, it goes even better with a glass of chilled beer for me 😉
Want to have a quick meal? This Pulled Wagyu Burger (RM38) is probably an ideal option, serving together with Brioche bun, onion, mustard, smoked cheese, and fries.
This dish caught my attention, interesting pairing of Steam White Cod (RM58) with Asian ingredients like miso, tofu skin, gingko nuts, and Teochew sauce. It is savory in flavour, absolutely delightful and appetizing to the taste buds.
Paired with Asian Chimichurri sauce, which is perfect accompaniment to any barbecued or grilled meats, this citrus marinated Lammy Chop (RM23) is definitely a not-to-be-missed for lamb lovers.
It is quite hard to guess what Miss Tropicana (RM23) is all about if you did not taste it. Consisting of coconut panna cotta, mango ice cream, kerisik crumble, and sago, this light and refreshing dessert is just nice to soothe your tropical mood.
Do you still remember your sweet and sour experience of Love At First Sight (RM23)? Let’s reminisce your memory again with Elements’ classic apple strudel, which served together with cinnamon powder, crumble, and a scope of unique cinnamon ice cream.
Their pastry is equally good too. I can have this flaky buttery Danish Pastry Tray (RM33) – croissant, chocolate roll, and blueberry round danish, served with salted butter, vanilla chiboust, and berry jam, all by myself 😉
