I was craving for some Korean food last week and discovered this Uzu Chicken while I browsed the foodpanda app for online food delivery. Their menu consists of Korean Boneless Fried Chicken, Japchae, Fried Rice, as well as snacks like Rice Cake and Dumpling.
Their signature Korean Boneless Fried Chicken Set comes with refreshing sesame yuzu salad. Breaded and fried till golden brown, it has texture similar like the popcorn chicken.
Priced at RM19.90 per set, you can choose to have flavours like Snowing Cheese, Hot Shocking, Sweet & Spicy, Honey Butter, and Soy Garlic. My personal favourite would be the honey butter sauce that has a hint of sweetness to my liking.
Would like to have something more filling? You can opt for their Dakgalbi Fried Rice Set (RM19.90) that comes with kimchi at side. Savoury with hint of spiciness resulted from the special recipe Dakgalbi sauce, the mouth-watering fried rice was gone fast into someone’s hungry stomach đŸ˜‰
A sweet and savory dish of stir-fried glass noodles and vegetables that is popular in Korean cuisine, their Japchae Set (RM19.90) comes with appetizing kimchi and tummy-warmer seaweed soup. The portion is generous with assorted vegetables, meat, and mushrooms, I can only finish it in 2 servings.
Chewy in texture, rice cake (tteokbokki) is one of my favourite street foods in Korean cuisine.
