Being a sweet tooth person, I enjoy eating desserts more than main foods all the time. That is why without much thinking, I decided to make a sweet yet healthy dessert when I received invitation to take part in the California Raisins “Sweet Naturally” campaign.
The campaign features few scrumptious #SweetNaturally California Raisin recipes made by the Malaysian content creators, such as California Raisins & Walnut Cake, Swirled Choco Berry Pavlova with California Raisins, California Raisin Marble Cake, Apple California Raisin Coleslaw, California Raisin Cinnamon Ginger Pancakes, Very Vegan California Raisin Spring Roll, California Raisin Apple Fritter Pie, Incredible Fluffy California Raisin Scone, California Raisin Tang Yuen, and Chicken Poket with California Raisin Marinate. Methods
1. In a blender, add in California Raisins, pitaya, banana and a small amount of fresh milk. Place the lid on top and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer everything to a bowl, garnish it with your preference of ingredients, and enjoy!
