Swez Brasserie’s all-time popular Icip-Icip Kampungku dinner buffet at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur is finally back in action. Enjoy throughout the Holy month of Ramadan with their festive treats and special room packages.
Lead by Chef Dennie and his team, the buffet spread will be serving more than 100 dishes, including traditional Malaysian cuisine plus 15 action stalls to entice your appetite.
“Once again, we bring back our signature Traditional Roasted Lamb stuffed with Arab Rice, Gear Box Soup, Nasi Lemak Kukus Daun Teratai and Rendang Brisket and Papaya Salad,” said Chef Dennie. “The Gear Box is a flavourful soup which is slow cooked for five hours to ensure everyone enjoys the tender and juicy beef with its huge bone. The soup is thick and anyone who try it will enjoy until the last sip,” as he continues.
Another highlight is the Nasi Lemak Kukus Daun Teratai. “The rice is cooked with fresh coconut milk and steamed while wrapped with lotus leaves. The nasi lemak is served with Ayam Goreng Berempah, cooked using sous vide technique to ensure its juiciness,” said Chef Dennie.
Apart from the signatures, the buffet spread also features the local favourites such as Rendang Ayam Kampung, Ikan Bakar Stuffed Cencaru Fish with Chili Paste, Pucuk Ubi Lemak Kuning dan Tempoyak, Laksa Utara, Ketam Goreng Bercili, Burung Puyuh Berempah, and more.
The Masakan Kawah stall features Gulai Telur Ikan, Masak Lemak Siput Sedut, Rendang Daging Tetel, Kari Kepala Ikan and Gulai Tunjang. Also, be on the lookout for varieties of Kerabu, Serunding and Lemang at the Kerabu station.
An array of desserts for those with a sweet tooth which includes Pandan Jackfruit Mousse Cake, Chocolate Walnut Mud Cake, Cheesy Coconut Chocolate Banana Apam Balik, Pengat Nangka Madu Bersago, Kurma, Dodol and more.
Icip-Icip Kampungku dinner buffet is available daily from 6 – 30 April 2022, 6:30 pm – 10:30 pm. The buffet spread is priced RM165++ for adults and RM82.50++ for children below 12 years old. Their early bird offer is enjoyable at RM125++ and best to book by 3 April 2022.
Not to forget, their Icip-Icip Staycation package which will be also available from now until 30 April 2022 priced at RM488++ per room per night. This package consists of breakfast or Sahur and Icip-Icip Kampungku dinner buffet for two persons. Sahur is available from 4 am to 5:30 am.
Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur also offers delicious Dome sets for takeaway and delivery up to 20km priced at RM395 nett (4-5 people) and RM550 nett (7-8 people). These two offerings come with a classical white dome that guests can keep for free.
For meetings and events, special menu pricing starts from RM70+ per person with a minimum booking of 30 persons.
