In conjunction with the theme of ‘Christmas in Pink’ this year, the season is welcomed with festive offerings curated to foster a sense of love and togetherness with loved ones.

Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur’s all-day dining The Mill Café offers up striking new offerings for the festive season this year. Executive Chef Rudy Junaidie and his team are serving up a rich assortment of delectable to satiate hearty appetites. From sumptuous dinner buffets to indulgent family lunches, there is something for every palate.
Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet and Christmas Day Family Lunch
Immerse yourself in the Yuletide celebrations by indulging in plentiful all-time festive favourites at the Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet. Not to be missed at the buffets this year is the Turducken which consists of a deboned turkey that is stuffed with boneless duck and chicken, as well as a flavourful mixture of chestnut, raisin and mushroom stuffed between each layer. The three-bird combination is then carefully tied with butcher’s twine before marinated with spices and slow-roasted in the oven. The result is a tender texture with delicate, aromatic flavours as juices from the duck are absorbed in the process.
Meat lovers can continue to satiate their cravings at the Carvery Station and choose from the Christmas must-have Roast Turkey, Salmon Wellington, Harissa Marinated Whole Lamb and Herb Crusted Beef Knuckle. Enjoy the option of adding sides of roast new potatoes, caramalised Spanish onions, glazed carrots, sautéed Brussels sprouts, braised red cabbage, creamed spinach or Yorkshire pudding.
Indulge further in the varieties of Malay, Chinese, Japanese, Indian and Korean cuisines and fresh seafood on ice.

New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet and New Year’s Day Family Lunch
Welcome new beginnings amidst abundance at The Mill Café’s New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet. This epicurean experience starts with an individual serving of seafood which includes lobster, scallop, salmon and tuna sashimi served with Nam Jim, Truffle Mayo, Wasabi and Ginger Soy to kick-start your appetite.
Relish other seafood varieties with fresh seafood on ice and speciality soups like the Crab Bisque and Tom Ka Gai. The Carvery Station is where guests can treat themselves to lavish servings of Beef Wellington, Roasted Truffle Jumbo Chicken, Marinated Whole Lamb and Baked Whole Snapper with olive, tomato, fennel and onion.
After a buzzing night of countdown into 2024, start the first day of the year with sumptuous offerings at the elaborate New Year’s Day Family Lunch with international offerings, alongside main dishes of Japanese, Korean, Thai, Chinese and Indian cuisines.

‘Star for a Child’ Charity Programme
In support of The Salvation Army Kindergarten, they are spreading happiness to underprivileged children during this festive season through the ‘Star for a Child’ charity programme. Guests are welcome to participate in their initiative by contributing a gift of joy to elevate.
Their Christmas tree located at the lobby are adorned with silver stars where guests will find the names of 42 children from The Salvation Army Kindergartens in Kuala Lumpur and Batang Melaka. To participate in the heartfelt initiative, guests can collect a silver start from the Christmas tree bearing the name, age and gender of the child and purchase a gift of choice to be donated and placed under the tree by 10 December 2023. Gifts will then be donated to the children before Christmas.
