As the holy month of Ramadan draws near, Quan’s Kitchen, a renowned Halal-certified culinary outlet at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown, is delighted to announce the eagerly awaited Quan’s Bazar Ramadan Cina Muslim.

From March 10 to April 9, 2024, the outlet offers an exquisite culinary experience that combines Northwestern Chinese-Muslim flavors with beloved local kampung favorites.

Quan’s Bazar Ramadan Cina Muslim promises to transport diners to the vibrant atmosphere of their favorite Ramadan bazaars, offering a culinary journey that resonates with a sense of familiarity and tradition.

Key menu highlights include Roasted Whole Lamb with Mongolian Marination, Dry Chili Beef with Chinese Celery, Uyghur Beliq Shorpa (Fish with Minced Chicken), Deep Fried Eggplant with Salted Egg Yolk, Spicy Tofu Chicken with Black Fungus and Hot Chili Bean, and Nai Pak with Minced Chicken Sauce with Mushroom.

The exclusive dining experience will be available daily for dinner from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm throughout the holy month of Ramadan. Quan’s Kitchen, renowned for its commitment to delivering diverse flavors while adhering to strict Halal standards, assures guests of an authentic Chinese-Muslim culinary adventure.

Priced at RM128+ for a set for 2 people, the takeaway menu includes a mouthwatering array of dishes such as Lotus Root Salad with Spicy Bean Sauce with Nuts, Saffron Rice with Dried Fruits, Spicy Cumin Lamb, Uyghur Beliq Shorpa (Fish with Minced Chicken), Kung Po Chicken with Cashew Nuts, Ma Po Tofu, Yu Xian Eggplant, Cucumber Salad, Chicken and Beef Satay, Ketupat Palas, Lemang, and Nasi Impit, along with a variety of traditional desserts.
