Christmas Eve unfolds with a magical culinary showcase curated to spark anticipation. The evening welcomes diners with a well-appointed spread of starters – Compressed Melon with Vanilla Scallop Aioli, Crab Cake Timbale with Wakame Salad, Portobello Mushroom with Seafood Ragout and Parmesan Gratin, Beef Tataki with Wasabi Yuzu Emulsion, and Smoked Seafood with Poached Salmon – each thoughtfully crafted to honour traditions through a contemporary, palate-forward lens.
Once the celebratory rhythm sets in, the experience flows into an enticing array of main courses, each crafted with generous textures and winter splendour. Highlights include Roasted Turkey with its trimmings, Red Ribbon Bone-In Ribeye, and Roasted Whole Lamb Leg with Roasted Root Vegetables, complemented by Pomegranate Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lamb Navarin, Creamed Spinach Salmon, Classic Beef Stroganoff, Oven-Baked Baby Chicken in Spicy Tomato Sauce, Chicken and Mushroom Pot Pie, and Traditional Shepherd’s Pie – an indulgent lineup that promises to enchant.
No Christmas Eve is complete without a sweet crescendo. The dessert counter shines with an alluring selection of nostalgic bakes and opulent treats – from rich Chocolate Logs and delicate Entremets to bite-sized Petit Gateaux, Tarts, and creamy Panna Cotta.
All-time favourites like Marzipan Stollen, Panettone, Cookies, and warm Bread Puddings with Creme Anglaise complete the offering, ensuring the occasion ends on a joyous note.
