Chef Kok Chee Kin who has masterfully helmed the kitchen through his unfailing adherence to Cantonese cuisine’s principles said, “Cantonese cuisine is famously subtle and the cooking techniques are kept simple – steaming, braising or stir-frying and some of the process that go in a dish are known to be complex. Guests dining at Dynasty will be treated to an interesting array of dishes that is light on the palate while emphasizing on a distinct primary flavour of the main ingredients used.”
