Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Brotzeit German Bier Bar and Restaurant and sampled their Breakfast Brunch Menu that only available every Sundays and Public Holidays, from 10 am till 3 pm at Mid Valley outlet, 11 am till 3pm at Sunway Pyramid outlet, and 9:30 am till 3 pm at BSC outlet.

Be it for business or pleasure, Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant offers authentic German cuisine and premium biers from the Paulaner family, within its modern and contemporary setting. Indeed, it is the ideal place to experience Germany at its finest!

People always say, eat your breakfast like a king, and this Brotzeit Signature Breakfast (RM32.50) definitely fits for a king’s appetite, with hearty offering of 2 farm fresh eggs, streaky bacon, Nurnberger sausages on creamy mashed potatoes and slices of ham, belly bacon, emmenthaler cheese, onions and tomatoes on the healthy multi-grain breads.

Served together with fried, scrambled or poached egg and toasted multi-seed bread at side, this captivating Pork Belly (RM26) with layers of fat and crispy skin was simply too mouth-watering. The sauteed spinach, mushroom and tomatoes that laid beneath the pork belly gave a refreshing flavors to balance up the fatty meat.

Satisfying breakfast sets served at Brotzeit including this Hangover Breakfast (RM28), which include bacon, smoked salmon, fried farm fresh egg and Laugen bread roll to dip into the appetising Goulash soup.

Served with fried egg, salad, pesto and toasted multi-seed bread, this Farmer’s Omelette (RM22) was quite filling for me because chef cooked the omelette together with potato, bacon and herb to create a flavorful goodness to fill your tummy with satisfaction.

Fans of pancake? I like this thin sliced Savoury Pancake (RM22) that filled with feta cheese, tomatoes and olives. Served together with poached, scrambled or fried egg and toasted multi-seed bread at side, this is exactly my type of leisurely breakfast.

Besides savory breakfast sets, Brotzeit also serves something sweet for the dessert lovers. I love these Soft Crepes (RM18), one filled with Nutella while another one was strawberry jam filling. Topped with chopped nuts, fresh fruit and drizzle of chocolate and apricot sauce, this plate of beautiful indulgence can surely cheer up my day with lots of smiles.

All breakfast sets include a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea. You can also add on RM6 for a glass of chilled cranberry, lime orange, apple or mango juice.
