Thanks for the wonderful invitation from Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur, I recently went to The Mill Café for their Kembara Selera Ramadan Buffet, a unique epicurean journey with a thematic buffet that embodies the concept of a food bazaar.
Featuring a medley of culinary delights presented in 24 market-style stalls and live cooking stations, come to break fast with family, friends and business associates to create memorable moments at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur from 6 June to 5 July 2016, as Executive Chef Laurent Lherisson and his team of master chefs will whip up a labyrinth of Asian and international delicacies to appeal to the most discerning palate.
Be greeted with a treasure map when you arrive, then trail the streets of Kuala Lumpur to explore over 100 tantalising specialties, all under one roof.
Kick-start your gastronomic adventure at the famed Jalan Bukit Bintang with a variety of fruits and mouth-watering desserts.
Next, fuel your appetite with a selection of succulent seafood, assorted Sushi, Chicken Murtabak, Daging Masak Merah, Ayam Percik Kelantan, Nyonya Asam Fish and Stir-fried Beef at Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman.
Also meet Chef Makhan Singh for a taste of his signature Tandoori Chicken before strolling along Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Petaling for a vibrant array of authentic Ikan Bakar, Roasted Chicken, Pasta ala Casa, Asam Laksa Penang, Sup Tulang, Bubur Lambok and more.
Quench your thirst with refreshing beverages at Jalan Chow Kit or take a quick break to shop for local merchandises including Raya cookies and traditional clothing.
Renowned for serving one of the best Iftar buffets in the heart of Bukit Bintang, this year The Mill Café is set to take its dining experience to a whole new sensory level with even more colours, textures and flavours. To add to the Ramadhan Buka Puasa festivities, diners will discover a special Lok-Lok truck, stationed at Jalan Travers, offering a host of fresh, saucy and spicy bites.
To round up the feast, visit Jalan Bangsar for a choice of Char Kuey Teow, Chicken and Beef Satay as well as Spit Roasted Baby Lamb.
For an even more special Buka Puasa experience, dine at the Sunset Terrace to enjoy magnificent views of the city as the sun goes down or relax and unwind at the Shisha Lounge over various flavours.
Priced at RM148 nett per person, the Kembara Selera Ramadan Buffet will run from 7 pm to 10 pm throughout the holy month.
The Mill Café is located at Level 1 of Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur. All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia and inclusive of 6% GST. Pre-payment is required for guaranteed booking. For reservations or enquiries, please call 603-2117 4163 or email mill.gmkl@millenniumhotels.com.

RM148 seems like a good price for a generous menu like this. I definitely am someone who would enjoy the live cooking stations, and there are 24 here!
