Baked fresh daily using the finest of ingredients, RT Pastry House, a fusion of Japanese and Taiwanese concept bakery shop, has been one of my favourites since year 2003.
I was delighted to know that RT Pastry House is going to launch a new series of purple breads and cakes. As a trendsetter in the bakery market, their team of pastry chefs have created 4 types of breads – Mighty Sweet Potato, Sweet Purple Bagel, Purple Sweet Heart, and Raspberry Cheese Bread, as well as 5 varieties of cakes – Earl Grey Milk Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Lychee Berry Cake, Purple with Cheese Cake, Purple Velvet Omelette, and Black Pepper Mix Berry Nutty.
If you are opting for something interesting than your usual bread, this Sweet Purple Bagel (RM3.50) will not disappoint your palate with its superb chewy texture complemented by pieces of red bean in it for the natural sweetness.
An inspired Japanese’s traditional recipe that made with purple sweet potato powder and pieces together with natural fermented sourdough to enhance its elegant taste profile, this Mighty Sweet Potato (RM4.80) has a very nice cream cheese filling with cubed sweet potato for the bite texture.
Kids will enjoy this Raspberry Cheese Bread (RM3.80) a lot for its sweet crunchy raspberry flavoured sugar coating crust, paired with savoury cream cheese filling to give you that satisfaction bite.
Long in size, this Purple Sweet Heart (RM4.20) bread has a yummy filling of yellow and purple sweet potato paste to fill up your hunger healthily.
Layered with light Belgian chocolate mousse and lychee filling, this Milk Chocolate Lychee Berry Cake (RM58) is as tasty as it colourful decoration with fresh seasonal fruits and walnut for the crunchiness. Remember to pre-order at least 3 days before to avoid any disappointment.
Committed to deliver surprises to the cake lovers, this Earl Grey Milk Chocolate (RM38) is light in texture with a hint of captivating earl grey flavour to balance up the sweetness. Perfect to go with a cup of tea or coffee for your cozy afternoon tea indulgence.
Came with distinctive mixed berries taste profile that are rich in vitamins and antioxidant, this Purple Velvet Omelette (RM7.60) with custard cream and blueberry filling gives you an experience unlike any other, the perfect on-the-go indulgence on your busy day.
Be it small or big, every moment is precious. Treasure it with their Purple Cheese Cake (RM8.60), a natural delicious sweet treat that can be savoured joyfully, even if you are alone!
Sometimes, I like my desserts with a little crunch, don’t you? Topped with healthy ingredients like walnut, black and white sesame, pumpkin seed, and berries held together with sticky salted caramel coating, this Nutty Caramel (RM4.80) is bound to leave sweet impressions on your dull days.
These new purple breads and cakes will be available at all RT Pastry House 11 branches from 17 November 2018 onwards, including Taman Danau Desa, Subang Jaya SS15, Puchong IOI Boulevard, Bandar Baru Klang, Kota Kemuning, Setia Alam, Bukit Tinggi Klang, Desa ParkCity, Meru Klang, Setapak Central and Sri Petaling. In conjunction with the new introduction, there will be 25% off on all the purple breads and cakes until 2nd December 2018.
