Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Tanzini at GTower Hotel Kuala Lumpur and check out their romantic deal for couples to celebrate the love in the month of February.
Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city, Tanzini provides diners with the perfect Valentine’s setting to unwind, putting them in the mood for the romantic feast to come. Priced at RM488 per couple or RM225 per pax, Tanzini will be offering a stunning 5-course menu for the Valentine’s Day dinner.
Infused with pearl oil and lime foam, this French Fresh Oyster is just nice for that little bit of luxury at the start of your romantic dinner. Cultured on the French Atlantic coast, people enjoy Fine de Claire for less fleshy and more juicy with a balanced taste.
For entree, we had the King Prawn Ravioli infused with fragrant blue cheese cream. What a delicious way to show someone you love them! This specially made heart shaped ravioli by chef is just perfect for the Valentine’s Day dinner.
Fusion vegetable soup infused with seasoned pink cauliflower puree, I immediately fell in love with this Pink Cauliflower Soup at first sight. It was the most pretty in pink soup I have ever tried.
Before we proceeded to the main course, we had the Pink Lady and Guava Sorbet as the palate cleanser to stimulate the appetite. It is also to remove any lingering flavours from the mouth so that the next course can be enjoyed with a fresh perspective.
For main course, diners can choose to have the Fillet Mignon or Black Sea King Octopus. Featuring beef tenderloin with foie gras mousse, seasoned vegetables, potato puree and beef jus, this Fillet Mignon was certainly designed to please the meat lovers.
For light eater, I would recommend you to take this Black Sea King Octopus as your main course. The oven baked line catch King Octopus was plated beautifully together with roasted signature root puree and smoked porcini gravy.
A sweet end to a night full of lovely memories, we had the Deconstruction Dark Chocolate Gourmet. It is a special Valentine’s deconstruction dessert by the chef with assorted chocolates sit on top the unfold red forest cake soil.
