The viral Cendol Kampung Hulu is now available at AEON BiG inside Mid Valley Megamall!!

Famous for its Korean bingsu-styled shaved ice as base, Cendol Kampung Hulu is originated from Malacca. You can find their shop along the Melaka River.

Different from the normal cendol, they use the Korean ice shaver machine to produce a fluffy and snowy shaved ice as the base. The ice block ain’t something usual, it is pure santan ice to give the refreshing creamy taste. Cendol Kampung Hulu makes its own coconut ice cream as well to ensure the overall quality and freshness.

The perfect treat on any day, their Regular (RM8) consists of cendol, red bean, one scoope of coconut ice cream, and rich flavoured gula Melaka syrup.

You can also order the cendol with variety of fruit based toppings like Mango, Longan, Dragon Fruit, Corn, Cocktail, Buah Kabong or Kelapa Laut Madu for RM10 per bowl. Each add ons of fruits, ice cream or cream cheese will require an addition of RM2 each topping. It is an addition of RM6 to add on Durian.

Elevate your indulgence and be spoilt with their rather luxurious Durian Cendol (RM20), where Cendol Kampung Hulu uses D24 or IOI durians as toppings. Don’t forget to try it out!

It is quite easy to find the Cendol Kampung Hulu’s kiosk inside AEON BiG. Located around the food dining area, you certainly will not miss it with its rather large signage.

Their Melaka branch is situated at Makan Avenue, No 26, Jalan Kampung Hulu (12-11.30 pm), while the Johor branch is at Jalan Sisi, Muar (11-11 pm).

My overall experience tasting the Cendol Kampung Hulu was good. It is different from other versions, you just have to try it for yourself. The shaved ice melts much slower making it perfect also to take-away to enjoy later.
