Established in June 2021, Dolce by Positano aims to deliver seriously delicious, comforting and addictive handcrafted cheesecakes to all of their customers.
Dolce by Positano is brought to you by Positano Risto at Publika under Positano Group, which opened in Malaysia since 2018. The first Positano Risto was opened in Bussorah St in Singapore in 2017.
Their selection of cheesecakes consist of 6 different flavors; from the classic New York, to everyone’s favorite Burnt Cheesecake, a fruity Blueberry, and the unique Salted Caramel, Biscoff and Chocolate Lovers :
New York Cheesecake (RM79 whole ; RM11.95 sliced)
This dense, creamy New York style is a rich, velvety cheesecake with a classic biscuit base.
Burnt Cheesecake (RM89 whole ; RM12.95 sliced)
An alter ego to the classic New York, this cheesecake is intentionally burnt to create an outer crust with an extra creamy inside without a biscuit base.
Blueberry Cheesecake (RM89 whole ; RM12.95 sliced)
Buttery biscuit base, creamy cheesecake with a sweet and tangy blueberry filling.
Salted Caramel Cheesecake (RM99 whole ; RM14.95 sliced)
Featuring layers of rich and creamy cheesecake, luscious salted caramel, buttery biscuit base topped with crunchy almond crumble.
Biscoff Cheesecake (RM119 whole ; RM16.95 sliced)
A creamy mousse-like cheesecake with a lotus biscuit base that screams biscoff in every bite.
Chocolate Lovers (RM129 whole ; RM17.95 sliced)
Decadent and rich dark chocolate cheesecake with a thin layer of ganache and a sprinkling of Maldon Sea Salt flakes on top.
