This Ramadhan, Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar is delighted to host a nostalgic feast of 150 dishes featuring local and international cuisines highlighting its signature Khazanah Sajian Desa Buffet Dinner at Link All-Day Dining Restaurant.
The man behind this much anticipated themed buffet is Chef Borhan, a specialist in Malay cuisines with 30 years of experience under his belt working in various hotels in Sri Lanka, India, and Indonesia. Chef Borhan has been dedicating his career in culinary line promoting Malay cookeries on international level and collaborated with Tourism Malaysia in promoting Malay cuisines in Switzerland and China (2003). Over the years, Chef Borhan has participated in numerous culinary competitions and even won a silver medal for his Nyonya Heritage Team in the 2009’s Culinaire Malaysia organized by FHM Malaysia.
The Khazanah Sajian Desa 2023 buffet dinner will be showcasing Chef Borhan’s specialties from all corners of Malaysia plus some cuisines from other countries. The buffet dinner will feature his signature dish of Gulai Kawah Istimewa, prepared using 13 different spices. The whole Roasted Lamb, which was previously a crowd’s favourite, will be making a comeback by popular demand.
Guests can break fast and enjoy their dinner over a variety of dishes namely Asam Pedas Fish, Tandoori Chicken or Lamb, the authentic Jalan Gasing’s Satay Celup, Portuguese Ikan Bakar, Shawarma, and other sumptuous gastronomies and desserts. Besides the lavish buffet spread, Coconut Juice and Shake are among the beverages listed to quench the thirst.
“For the past few years, Khazanah Sajian Desa buffet themed had been well received by our guests as we would like to bring back the wholesome feeling of togetherness with family and friends in a traditional kampung setting with 5-star quality hospitality and services,” explained by Mr TK Lee, the General Manager of Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar.
Khazanah Sajian Desa 2023 Buffet Dinner will commence on 27th March and ends on 21st April 2023, from 6 pm until 10 pm daily. Raya jingles will be played throughout the buffet dinner to liven up the dining experience for the diners.
The buffet dinner is priced at RM188 nett per adult, RM98 nett per senior citizen aged 60 years and above and per child aged 6 to 12 years old. For bookings now until 8th March 2023 you will get to enjoy 20% discount on the price per person.
Credit or debit card holders from Maybank and HSBC will get to enjoy a 20% discount upon payment with the above-mentioned banking partners.
