Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to dodo Dim Sum and Steamboat at Bukit Jelutong to check out some of their signature dishes.
It is a fusion restaurant specialising in hand-crafted dim sum, authentic Thai platters and steamy homemade steamboat made artfully with a dash of freshness and flavour.
Immerse your taste buds in a culinary carnival, all of which derived from original recipes from their Master Chef Jun.
The latest addition to their menu – the steamboat offers fresh and homemade items with a selection of Thai broth that has punchy tangles of herbs, spices, and aromatics, resulting in a sweet, sour, and spicy broth full of complexities.
Packed with ton of flavours, complete your steamboat with any of the six dipping sauces – dodo Green Chili, Spicy Chili with Roasted Rice, Signature dodo Thai Steamboat, Fresh Garlic & Chili, Tangy Green Chili & Ginger, and Pineapple Burst Chili.
Each element of dodo Dim Sum and Steamboat has been carefully crafted; from the decor and lighting to the way food is presented. All this, with the sole intention of customers posting photos to their social media. Customers are encouraged to pose, snap, share photographs, and tag them with the restaurant hashtag #enjoylifeenjoydodo.
We also made the eating experience more interactive and fun. Customers will be engaged with Facebook and Instagram activities that would be hard to miss!
