Almond Salted Caramel Mille Crepe (RM168 for 9-inch), the best seller mille crepe cake from Food Foundry. I am totally loving this with crunchy almonds basking on a bed of thin crepes and salted caramel cream layers.
Another best seller Matcha Redbean (RM105 for 8.5-inch), a chiffon cake made with pure Shizuoka Matcha Powder, layered with homemade redbean paste, and frosted with light Chantilly cream. Highly recommend to the matcha die-hard fans.
I immediately fall in love with this Unicorn Cake (RM150 for 4-inch) by Project Cake Therapy when I first saw it. Magic on the outside, chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache and caramel on the inside, all wrapped in the greatness of smooth vanilla butter icing, this unicorn cake will have your taste buds soaring through the clear blue skies!
Cake Pop is increasing in popularity lately, and this Unicorn Magnum Cake Pop (RM108 for 6 pieces / RM216 for 12 pieces) by Little Collins is great to compliment any dessert table for party, celebration, gathering, as a gift for love ones and etc. Cake mixed with icing, chocolate and formed into a magnum ice-cream size, it comes with 3 different flavors butter cake, red velvet, and chocolate for you to choose from.
Besides their signature Unicorn Cake, Project Cake Therapy also offers beautiful insta-worthy Unicorn Eclairs (RM130 for 10 pieces), which come in green tea filling (pink / yellow colour) and chocolate filling (blue / purple colour).
A classic pairing that will never go wrong. This Queen of Hearts Strawberry Cheesecake (RM100 for 7-inch) by Cat & The Fiddle has a nice balance of sweet sourish taste, with the meltingly luxurious cream cheese filling cradled in a golden-brown crust and glazed overhead with strawberry puree.
Best served chilled, the refreshing Tsum Tsum Jelly Cake (RM280) by Jerri Home is made with agar-agar jelly powder, coconut milk, and longan fruit. Chef uses different food ingredients for the attractive colouring and flavouring. It is suitable for vegetarian to consume as well.
There is always room for more salted caramel in your life. Made with sea salted caramel sauce and rich dark cocoa powder, this Salted Caramel Chocolate (RM145 for 8-inch) by SeptemberBakes is really good stuff, one which I truly enjoyed and do not mind to have more bites.
