Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to MANDALA Cafe & Bar which is located inside the Publika building. They serve a wide selection of fine wine, alcohol, alcohol coffee and scrumptious food.
With tastefully built interior design and soothing ambiance, MANDALA Cafe & Bar is suitable to host all types of events here. They also have a VIP Lounge for those who want privacy. The modern elegant VIP area is closed off to ensure the guests have 100% privacy that they need. Celebrities like Jimmy Choo & Datuk Wira Lee Chong Wei also visited MANDALA before.
Tomyam Popcorn Chicken (RM16), boneless spicy and crispy chicken pieces where every bite is filled with the addictive Thai flavour that makes you crave for more.
Served with garlic toasts, you can choose to have the Green Mussels (RM33) cooked with homemade garlic, butter and lemon sauce, or with marinara sauce, garlic and herbs. Simple but really good stuff, one which I truly enjoyed.
For main, we orderd the Golden Soft Shell Crab Spaghetti (RM28), pasta with an Asian twist of buttermilk sauce and served with a whole lightly fried crispy soft shell crab.
Be spoilt for choices as MANDALA serves different types of pasta dishes to satisfy the different discerning taste buds, like Spicy Aglio Olio Pasta, Spaghetti Carbonara, Spaghetti Bolognese, Black Angel Pasta with Grilled Chicken, and Seafood Spaghetti Marinara.
Perfectly Grilled Boneless Chicken (RM20) served together with their signature buttermilk sauce as well as garlic toast and refreshing salad at side. The buttermilk sauce is rich and creamy with hint of spiciness, I like it. They also have black pepper sauce if you are not into white sauce.
Remember to leave some room and try out their delicious selection of desserts, including Nutella Banana Waffle (RM16), Salted Egg Croissant (RM9), Mille Feuille Crepe Cake (RM14), Rich Chocolate Brownie (RM16), and Chocolate Lava Cake With Ice Cream (RM16).
Both served with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream, chocolate lovers must not missed their signature warm Chocolate Brownies and freshly baked rich Chocolate Lava Cake. Yum… such a sinful chocolaty indulgence.

For guys, you can order all sort of liquor beverages at MANDALA Cafe & Bar with choices like Single Malt Whisky, Scotch Whisky, Cognac, Brandy, Gin, Vodka, Tequila, Sake, Bottled Beers, Shooters, and wide varieties of wine list as well.
Mandala’s House Pouring Wine is availabe in 4 types, Jimboomba Chardonnay 2015 Australia (RM23 per glass), Chateau Haut Riot Sauvignon Blanc 2016 France (RM34 per glass), Jimboomba Shiraz 2015 Australia (RM23 per glass), and Chateau Haut Riot Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 France (RM36 per glass). My personal favourite would be the pale gold colour with green reflections Chateau Haut Riot Sauvignon Blanc 2016 France. A white burgundy of a great classicism, it is fresh with pleasant acidity around young and tonic fragrances. On nose you will smell the grapefruit and pineapple followed by a beautiful wildflowers presence.
